(“we”, “us”, “our”), a mortgage brokerage licensed with the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA), licence #MBX600617, with offices at 227-5589 Byrne Rd, Burnaby, BC V5J 3J1. We provide mortgage brokerage information and services to homeowners in British Columbia, Canada. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the choices you have.

2. What information we collect

Information you provide through our estimate form. When you request a free estimate, we ask for:

• Your name and age range;
• Your contact details (phone number, email address, and preferred time to be contacted);
• Information about your property (city, postal code, home type, approximate value, whether it is your primary residence, and approximate mortgage balance);
• Optionally, the intended purpose of the funds.

Information collected when you call us. If you call one of our tracking phone numbers, our call-tracking provider may record the date, time, duration, your phone number, and — where permitted and disclosed at the start of the call — the call itself, for quality and training purposes.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect limited technical information such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and the advertising campaign that brought you here, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We collect and use your personal information to:

• Service providers that help us operate this website and respond to enquiries, such as form and spreadsheet services (Google), call tracking (e.g. CallRail), and advertising and spam-protection services (Google Ads, Google reCAPTCHA). These providers may process data on servers located outside British Columbia or Canada, including in the United States, and are bound by their own privacy safeguards and our instructions;
• Legal authorities — where required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or court order.

6. How we protect and keep it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access limited to personnel who need it, and password-protected systems.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law and mortgage-industry record-keeping rules, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. If you submit an enquiry but do not become a client, you may ask us to delete your details at any time.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your visit, measure which advertisements and pages lead to enquiries, and show our ads to people who have visited this site before (remarketing). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
